Learn more about:

Trans-Coil International LLC has commenced operations at its new 66,000-square-foot headquarters facility in Germantown.

The building, at W132 N 10611 Grant Drive, includes the latest technology and a state of the art power lab that will be used for new product development. Training rooms with audio-visual capabilities allow the company to provide both onsite and remote training. Affiliates and customers can easily be connected across the world.

TCI is a manufacturer of electrical equipment, power quality applied products, and provider of system solutions primarily serving the low voltage variable frequency drive market.

The company consolidated operations in Milwaukee and Menomonee Falls into the new location, which doubles its manufacturing capacity and will support planned growth over the next five years. The Milwaukee facility could no longer support its revenue growth needs, TCI said.

TCI will hire 55 to 60 new employees over the next three years as a result of the expansion, which was developed and leased by Irgens.  It currently has 150 employees. With 12 acres of space on the parcel, TCI’s new headquarters has room for future growth.

“This new facility is an example of TCI’s commitment to domestic manufacturing and the state of Wisconsin and is expected to support TCI’s growth for the next decade,” said Steven Copp, president of TCI.
