For the better part of her life, Sylvia Dubois, committed her time and talent to several area nonprofit organizations. She was dedicated to simply helping others, in any capacity.
She volunteered regularly with organizations like Repairers of the Breach, Divine Savior Holy Angels High School, and St. Anthony’s on the Lake Catholic Church in Pewaukee.
“Her life was a true testament to her goodness and generosity,” said Annie Gentil, communications coordinator for Standard Process Inc. “She was a remarkable woman, always putting the needs of others before her own. She devoted her life to charitable causes and her days were filled with good deeds and great acts of kindness and compassion.”
Today, Standard Process Inc.’s company culture, traditions and values can all be traced to DuBois’ influence.
DuBois and her husband Frank made yearly charitable donations that helped further the mission of several organizations.
