What has fueled your company’s growth? “Our growth was achieved by providing high quality support services with a predictable budget. Using best practices, our solutions provide more stability than other traditional IT service companies.”

What is the biggest obstacle to your company’s growth? “Finding staff that believes in our vision of creating stability. Most people want to implement a quick fix in the moment. Our goal is to find the root cause and fix the problem once and for all.”

Do you plan to make any changes in your company in the coming months? “Our current plans include implementing formal management and leadership training. We will also be looking into acquisitions that will allow us to expand our target markets. Additionally we will be expanding our capacity in Managed Private Cloud Practice and SafetyNET Services Off-Site Backup.”

Who are the business people, locally or nationally, whom you admire? And what traits do those people exhibit that make you admire them? “Dave Strand, Wisconsin Oven. His methods for creating a positive company culture are inspiring. Jim and Tom Palzewicz, ActionCOACH of Elm Grove. Both of them have helped us understand what it takes to grow and manage a business.”

What is the outlook for the business conditions of your industry over the next several months? “In the next year will see a tremendous growth in cloud-based services. Our Managed Private Cloud has seen the most growth in the last 18 months because it provides growing businesses a way to greatly control their technology capabilities and turn them up or down as needed. Remote access to company business critical information from anywhere on any device will be key for any business to succeed. Combined with best-in-class security systems to protect the data, we will have a complete solution for growth.”

What is your company’s most important growth strategy right now? “Clearly defining our core services and target market. This will help identify acquisition targets and businesses that we can provide the greatest value to their growth.”
