Milwaukee-based Super Steel LLC has shifted several leaders within the contract manufacturing company to support its ongoing business growth.
Jason Gaare has been named vice president of sales and materials. He has previously served as a leader in the company’s engineering, sales, manufacturing, supply chain and project management areas. Gaare’s deep knowledge and experience in manufacturing, and his dynamic personality, will help the company meet its goals.
Sam Gerrits has been promoted to vice president of operations. He will lead manufacturing operations. Gerrits holds a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering and several certificates of achievement. His operations, engineering, quality and manufacturing skills will help him fill the role.
Heather Krugler has been named corporate communications specialist. She will plan the company’s strategic communications, driving achievement of its vision, business objectives, employee engagement and branding goals. Her experience in media and community relations and social media will prove invaluable.
Pat Murphy will fill the role of safety, maintenance and environmental manager. He will manage the company’s health and safety plan, aiming to achieve continuous improvement on preventative measures and leading the maintenance department.
