Summit Credit Union to build new West Allis branch, add BBB as tenant

Organizations:

Summit Credit Union plans to tear down its existing branch building at 10015 W. Greenfield Ave. in West Allis and replace it with a new, 14,000-square-foot building.

The new building will include 9,000 square feet of office space for the Better Business Bureau of Wisconsin, which will move there from the Waterstone Bank building across the street at 10101 W. Greenfield Ave.

The 1.8-acre site for the project is located southwest of I-894 and Greenfield Avenue. The total cost of the project is $2.37 million.
