What has fueled your company’s growth? The combination of the business traveler and high net-worth individuals choosing private air transportation over the traditional airlines and Sterling’s expanding fleet of charter aircraft.
What is the biggest obstacle to your company’s growth? Available facilities in Milwaukee (MKE) and slow response from governmental agencies who oversee us at MKE.
Do you plan any changes in your company in the upcoming months? Yes. We are in the process of completing the design for our new facility in Naples (APF). We are also actively looking for property to expand our MKE operations.
Who are the business people, locally or nationally, whom you admire? And what traits do those people exhibit that make you admire them? Midwest Airlines — well-trained personnel and superior customer service.
