Singh, of Brookfield, purchased the Pavilion Plaza, 6900-6924 West Brown Deer Road, from Lake Cook-HPSB LLC, Lake Bluff Ill. for $800,000, according to state records.

The 25,600-square-foot strip mall is about 38 percent occupied. It includes an Anytime Fitness, credit union and dental office. The property is assessed by the City of Milwaukee at $947,000.

In February, Singh purchased a four-story, 40,000-square foot office building at 500 Main St. in downtown Racine for $275,000.

Earlier this month, he sold The First Financial Centre office building in downtown Milwaukee to Missouri-based Drury Southwest, Inc. for $4.6 million.

Singh has made his fortune operating gas stations across Wisconsin and developing real estate.

In 2011, he bought the unfinished 24,000-square-foot home of Brookfield developer Vincent Kuttemperoor of VK Development after Kuttemperoor surrendered it to the bank.
