Organizations:

Another business is coming to the Menomonee Valley in Milwaukee, which has attracted several companies in recent years. Developer Ron Sanfilippo plans to start a mobile shredding business and recently purchased the 8,300-square-foot building at 1205 W. Mount Ave. from Tri City Bank. He plans to modify the building to suit the operations of his new business, to be called Eco Shred.

The building was previously occupied by Commercial Landscape Maintenance.
