A 700-unit self-storage facility will open in a 102,874-square-foot former manufacturing industrial building in Milwaukee’s Bay View neighborhood later this month.
Storage Master, LLC will open its seventh location at 803 E. Bay Street in a renovated building located on 1.6 acres.
The storage unit will serve current residents in Bay View, St. Francis and Walker’s Point as well as coincide with a new multi-family housing unit planned in those communities, said Storage Master CEO Alex Simic.
Storage Master also has facilities located in Milwaukee, Franklin, Muskego, New Berlin, Oak Creek and Racine.
