What does your daily or weekly fitness regime consist of? I lift weights 5 days a week. I mix it up. Power lifting, cardio lifting, ladders, and more. I also cycle and mountain bike as well as play sports such as volleyball and ultimate frisbee.
What fitness clubs do you belong to, if any? Anytime Fitness and the YMCA.
Other than the obvious health benefits, how has being fit improved your life? Being fit is the best way to start the day.
How does personal fitness affect your work life? Personal fitness keeps me balanced and keeps me focused. I love it!
How does fitness or wellness affect your overall organization? It’s a part of everyoneís life at Choice Productions. We all have an interest in it and we are always trying to physically improve ourselves.
