What does your daily or weekly fitness regimen consist of?

I am at the gym in the morning.  I usually arrive around 6:00am. I like to be in the pool before 6:15 then after 15-20 laps, I use the treadmill or lift wieghts depending on the days.

The Wisconsin Athletic Club

Other than the obvious health benefits, how has being fit improved your life?

More energy, improved focus, better self confidence.

How does personal fitness affect your work life?

We run a very high energy environmet here at Boevo, we encourage all employees to be fit and healthy, it helps us all work better together. We believe in this so much that we actually pay for gym memberships for our employees.

Simply put, it keeps our heads in the game!

What advice do you have for other executives interested in starting either a personal fitness plan or corporate wellness initiative?

The best companies invest in their people. This is not just financial. A healthy employee appreciates a better quality of life. Investing in your the health of your people provides the best long term ROI.
