Scale Up Milwaukee plans move to Lubar Center for Entrepreneurship

Learn more about:

Scale Up Milwaukee plans to eventually move into the newly announced Lubar Center for Entrepreneurship at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

The organization, which helps small businesses grow, currently operates out of the Greater Milwaukee Committee’s offices in the Global Water Center in Milwaukee. It will eventually spin off into its own space at the Lubar Center.

Sheldon Lubar and his wife Marianne donated $10 million to UWM to build the 28,000-square-foot center, which will be constructed at the corner of Kenwood Boulevard and Maryland Avenue on the UWM campus.

Lubar helped to form Scale Up and is a donor and steering council member.
