The 70-room Super 8 hotel in Saukville, located at 180 S Foster Dr., will be sold in an online auction at auction.com from Nov. 17-19.
The starting bid for the hotel will be $420,000. A bid deposit of $10,000 is required.
The two-story hotel building was constructed in 1987 on a 4.1-acre lot. Amenities include a meeting room seating 65 people, indoor whirlpool spa, fitness area, and sauna.
