- Health Care REIT, Inc. purchased a 4.24 acre parcel at 400 Merrill Hills Road, Waukesha, to develop an 87-unit 66,000 square foot care center for Alzheimer’s patients. The care center, which will be home to 111 people suffering from all stages of Alzheimer’s disease and dementia will be built on the west side of Merrill Hills Road, just south of Fiddlers Creek Drive.
