What has fueled your company’s growth?
“We have grown organically by expanding our service area to a regional level and concentrating on our core strength of designing and installing highly technical roofing systems. Additionally, we have also strategically introduced a limited number of complementary services.”
What is the biggest obstacle to your company’s growth?
“The time necessary to properly train roof craftsmen, metalworkers and waterproofing designers takes many years of experience. It is an impossible task to expect strong growth without experienced and trained people behind the promise we make to clients. Our employee turnover is extremely low and we strive to maintain our workforce as our own family. The time involved training and improving our family of employees is the most important reason we will continue to grow, but is also our greatest limiting factor.”
Do you plan to make any changes to your company?
“We continue to expand our market area. However, we plan to continue our current growth with the same strategy of focusing on our core strengths.”
Who are the business people you admire?
“Warren Buffett, Bill Gates, and Elon Musk. Warren Buffett has incredible business acumen and the patience to seek out fundamentally sound processes and value them accordingly. Bill Gates has created a new way of life through the products he created. Both Warren and Bill found success and are now sharing the incredible wealth they created with the world through their charities. Elon Musk is an incredibly ambitious man who is trying to create a new era for humanity in several ventures. He inspires new generations to emulate and not settle for less than what is possible. “
What is the outlook for your industry?
“We see that the roofing market is coming around to the point where companies can thrive again, as compared to how thin the market had become during the downturn of the economy. We are well-positioned to be fluid with market fluctuations, which will allow us to adapt as the market conditions require.”
What is your company’s most important growth strategy?
“Servicing our current client base has been the best source of new business. Every great job offered has been an invaluable resource of allies helping us to succeed in our new markets and services offered.”
