Other than the obvious health benefits, how has being fit improved your life?
"Lowered my blood pressure, excercise is my vehicle to resolve/reflect the days issues(work out a solution). Reduced waist size by three inches ( good excuse to buy new clothes). More energy at the end of the day. Sleep better. I meet new people who share the same profile and desire to get and stay fit."

How does personal fitness affect your work life?
"Able to better manage daily stress and associated energy drain. A good topic to connect with co-workers."

How does fitness or wellness affect your overall organization?
"We have a generally health aware company including all generations. Excercise coupled with good food is a great way to build team comaraderie."

What advice do you have for other executives interested in starting either a personal fitness plan or corporate wellness initiative?
"Start a physical activity that is fun (work up to it) that gets you and your staff off their rears, combined with sensible dietary habits ( donuts are ok but opt for some healthy food too). A healthy firm starts with a commitment from the leadership of the firm and drives through the whole team."
