Do you plan any changes in your company in the upcoming months?

We will be expanding our Dallas office and field operation in the coming months. In addition we are still searching for acquisitions of contractors of various trades in our top markets.

My grandfather, James Mohrhauser, my father, Tom Mohrhauser, and the members of my COSBE Rountable group.

What is the outlook for the business conditions of your industry over the next several months?

Commercial real estate and facility management  has changed considerably within the last year. As companies continue to look for ways to reduce facility operating expenses, it creates opportunities and considerations that previously didn’t exist. This is a rare opportunity which is producing very solid growth for our service offerings.
