Zilber names new president and CEO
Jim Borris has been named the new president and chief executive officer of Milwaukee-based real estate firm Zilber Ltd., the company’s founder and chairman, Joseph Zilber, announced. Borris, 51, joined the company in 1986 and most recently served as president of Homes by Towne a Zilber Company LLC. Borris is the fourth president in the 60-year history of the company.

The company’s current president and CEO, 66-year-old Arthur Wigchers, will become vice chairman and senior advisor to Zilber Ltd.

In addition, John Kersey is being promoted from vice president of Towne Investments to executive vice president of Zilber Ltd., Robert Braun is being promoted from vice president of finance and chief financial officer of Zilber Ltd. to executive vice president and CFO of the company, and Bill Wigchers is being promoted from vice president and chief operating officer of Homes by Towne a Zilber Company LLC to vice president of Zilber Ltd.

Milwaukee-based Siegel-Gallagher recently added two new industrial brokers, Bill Quinlivan and Brian Schroeder. Quinlivan previously was a broker for Colliers Barry for 25 years.

Milwaukee-based CG Schmidt Inc. recently promoted Kyle Mainwaring to assistant project manager and promoted Mark Lillesand to operations executive. CG Schmidt also recently hired Dave Mangan as a traveling senior superintendent and ChaChi Gallo as a network administrator.

Bruce Westling, president of Brookfield-based NAI MLG Commercial, has received recognition as one of the NAI Global Elite, a group comprised of Princeton, N.J.-based NAI Global’s top performers and top producers. Westling qualified for NAI’s Hall of Fame in 2008, an honor recognizing individuals with at least five years as a top producer or top performer.
