Tim and Brett are also great examples of the success of the up and coming leaders within NAI MLG Commercial, of which we take great pride.”

Cresa‘s Milwaukee office announced the addition of two new associates, Steffi Hahn and Regina Levchets. Hahn is a six-year market veteran who joins Cresa as vice president. Prior to joining Cresa, Hahn was a commercial real estate broker at NAI MLG Commercial. Focusing on office sales and leasing, Hahn has completed over 200 transactions. “After years of representing both landlords and tenants in their commercial real estate needs, I’m excited to focus solely on representing tenants,” stated Hahn, “Cresa has been forging the way of non-conflict representation and I am thankful to have the opportunity to join such a well-rounded, driven team.” Levchets has six years of commercial real estate banking experience. Prior to joining Cresa, Levchets worked at M&I/BMO Harris Bank as assistant vice president/relationship manager on the Milwaukee Commercial Real Estate team. “I am so thrilled to begin my brokerage career at Cresa,” she said. “After years of commercial real estate banking experience, I cannot think of a better and more experienced team of individuals to join.”
