Opus promotes Ledger to VP and GM of Milwaukee office
Opus Development Corp. announced that Julie Ledger has been promoted to vice president and general manager of the company’s Milwaukee office. Ledger will be responsible for managing operations and seeking new real estate development and design-build construction opportunities in the greater Milwaukee area and throughout Wisconsin. She replaces Tom Kennedy, who recently resigned to pursue other opportunities. “We are grateful to Tom for his many contributions during his long career with Opus,” said Tom Shaver, president and chief executive officer of Opus Development Corp. “We view this change in leadership as an opportunity for the Milwaukee office to continue to grow under Julie’s leadership. She is a seasoned professional with an outstanding record of achievement in project management and real estate development.” Ledger has been a project management professional in the Opus organization since 1996.
