Park 94 gets LEED silver certification
Park 94, a speculative industrial space development in Mt. Pleasant by Chicago-based HSA Commercial Real Estate, has received Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification from the U.S. Green Building Council. The 323,610-sq.-ft. divisible spec facility was awarded a LEED Core and Shell Silver designation construction. “HSA’s facility at Park 94 is the first purely speculative LEED industrial development in Southeast Wisconsin,” said Craig Phillips, executive vice president for development for HSA. “As a developer, we believe it is better to be a leader than a follower when it comes to meeting the needs of corporate tenants."

U.S. Cellular opens Germantown store
U.S. Cellular is opening a retail store in Germantown, at W183 N9609 Appleton Ave. The new store features consulting stations, a service technician window, live wireless phone demonstration stations and an interactive display for customers to try live data applications, mobile music, GPS services, and ringtones. 

Rocky Rococo opens at Southridge Mall
Oconomowoc-based pizza restaurant chain Rocky Rococo opened a restaurant at Southridge Mall this week.  The new restaurant brings the total number of Rocky Rococo’s to 40. The new Rocky Rococo employs 25 people.
