Kenosha County company adds second location
Bristol-based job market GEM Manufacturing Inc. is expanding with the addition of a 10,000-square-foot space at 8920 58th Place, Kenosha, in the Kenosha Business Center. The building was one of several in Kenosha recently purchased by Milwaukee-based Town Investments, an affiliate of Zilber Ltd. Jeff Hoffman, vice president of Judson & Associates, represented GEM Manufacturing in brokering the lease. “They’ve seen a big pick-up in business in the last six months,” Hoffman said.
