The Four Points Sheraton Milwaukee North hotel, located just off of Brown Deer Road at 8900 N. Kildeer Ct., Brown Deer, recently completed a $4 million renovation of the property. Renovations were made to the hotel’s lobby, restaurant and bar areas as well as to the meeting spaces and guest rooms. “With the numerous corporate headquarters nearby, we welcome a large number of business travelers, and our goal is to leave a lasting impression on them, of both our property and the city itself,” said Jim Koen, general manager of the hotel.
By the end of this month, the Hampton Inn and Suites Milwaukee Downtown, at 176 W. Wisconsin Ave., will complete a series of upgrades and improvements including a transformed lobby, new and expanded fitness center, and new, larger business center.
Delafield-based Morgenson Realty Company Inc. plans to build a 224-unit multi-family residential development at 1910 E. Broadway in Waukesha.
HSI Properties announced that it is about to begin construction of The Annex @ Enclave on the former Bartolotta Restaurant Group property at 6005 W. Martin Dr. in Wauwatosa. The 40-unit project will be build adjacent to HSI’s two-building, 152-unit apartment complex called The Enclave. Construction of The Annex is slated to begin next week with an anticipated completion date in June 2013

Potawatomi Bingo Casino held a ribbon-cutting ceremony this week to celebrate the opening of its relocated valet service center. As part of the casino’s $150 million hotel project, the valet service center for casino guests was relocated from the casino’s front drive to the first floor of the parking structure. The new location features a glass-enclosed waiting area with seating. The new valet center offers an additional 70 parking spaces.
