Retail building planned for Festival Foods outlot in Kenosha
AIG Properties plans to build a 12,941-square-foot multi-tenant retail building at 3203 80th St. in Kenosha. The site is an outlot in front of a Festival Foods grocery store that is under construction and is expected to be completed in December.

LightHorse 4041 is 70 percent leased
Mandel Group Inc. says its LightHorse 4041 development in Shorewood is 70 percent leased. The building has 84 luxury apartments and an 18,000-square-foot Walgreens pharmacy. Residents began moving into the building in mid-September.

Mukwonago condo project to break ground
A groundbreaking ceremony will be held on Friday, Oct. 11, to celebrate the start of construction for The Glen of Mukwonago, a 38-unit condominium development at 1165 Black Bear Dr., Mukwonago, by Cornerstone Development of S.E. WI LLC. The ranch-style units will range from 1,300 to 1,589 square feet in size with prices starting at $249,999.

Opening celebration Friday for King Drive Commons IV
An event will be held on Friday, Oct. 11, at 2705 N. Martin Luther King Dr., Milwaukee, to celebrate the opening of the King Drive Commons IV project.  King Drive Commons IV is a $10 million project with 41 rent-to-own homes and a freedom garden featuring a commissioned statue by Zenos Frudakis  honoring Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
