Pleasant Prairie site sold for retail development
Oldacre McDonald, LLC has purchased 2 acres of vacant land near 76th Street and 94th Avenue in Pleasant Prairie for $1.6 million. Nashville, Tenn.-based Oldacre has submitted plans to the village to build 6,280-square-foot and 7,370-square-foot multi-tenant buildings on the land. Specific tenants are unknown but the developer would like to use the space for retail and restaurants, according to the village.

Mt. Pleasant retail building sold for $1.97 million
The UPS Store of Roseville (Minnesota) has purchased the 3,000-square-foot Mount Pleasant Commerce Center, 7115 Durand Ave. for $1.97 million. The building’s current tenants include Anytime Fitness, Milwaukee PC and AT&T.

Retail building planned in Waukesha
Madison-based contractor, TJK Design & Construction, is proposing Klinke Commercial Development, a 4,700-square-foot multi-tenant building at the intersection of Sunset Drive and S. Prairie Avenue in Waukesha. Tenants have not been identified but plans call for 35 parking spaces and two drive-thru windows.
