Inland acquires partner’s interest in Racine shopping center
Oak Brook, Ill.-based Inland Real Estate Corp. announced that it has reached a deal to acquire the New York State Teachers’ Retirement System’s 50 percent ownership interest in the IN Retail Fund LLC for $121 million. Inland will now own 100 percent of the 13 shopping center portfolio owned by IN Retail Fund LLC. The portfolio in cludes the 169,268-square-foot Greentree Centre in Racine, which is anchored by a Pick ‘n Save and a Kmart store.

Multi-tenant retail building planned in Pleasant Prairie
EVO Development Inc. plans to build a 9,000-square-foot, multi-tenant retail building on a 1.42-acre site at the southeast corner of Highway 50 and 104th Avenue in Pleasant Prairie. The site is located between an Olive Garden restaurant and a Cheddar’s Casual Cafe, which is under construction.

Gardetto sells Muskego home to Maglio for $1.65 million
Nan Gardetto, the owner and CEO of Franklin-based Baptista’s Bakery, recently sold a home at S75 W17960 Janesville Road in Muskego for $1.65 million to Sam Maglio Jr., the president of Glendale-based Maglio & Company, and Kathryn Maglio, according to state records. The home sits on a two acre site, which has 175 feet of frontage on Little Muskego Lake.

Boerke unveils new Web site
The Boerke Company recently launched a new mobile and table friendly website at www.boerke.com. The site was engineered almost entirely in-house by marketing coordinator Kyle O’Boyle.
