The former Kmart building on Sunset Drive in Waukesha has been vacant for more than a year, but now a large redevelopment project is in the works. Work begins on Drexel Town Square site
Demolition work to remove concrete from the former Delphi site began recently to prepare the property, located southwest of Howell and Drexel avenues in Oak Creek, for the planned mixed-use Drexel Town Square development. Small retail building under construction in New Berlin
A new retail building is under construction at Coffee and Moorland roads at the New Berlin Sendik’s Plaza. The building will have three tenants, including Dunkin’ Donuts and Tobin Jewelers, according to the city of New Berlin.
Goddard School to be built in Pleasant Prairie

Local Fastsigns moving to larger location
Fastsigns of Menomonee Falls will move to a new location at W173 N9170 St. Francis Dr. on May 1. The new location is 6,000 square feet, whichis about 3,900 square feet larger than the center’s existing location.
