New CVS Pharmacy planned in Racine
Indianapolis-based T.M. Crowley & Assoc. plans to build a new 13,225-square-foot CVS Pharmacy store on the south side of Washington Avenue, between Ohio Street and Virginia Street, in Racine. The project would include the demolition of four existing businesses on Washington Avenue, three homes on Virginia Street and one home on Ohio Street. The new CVS store would replace the existing 8,200-square-foot CVS store at 1122 West Boulevard in Racine.
Milwaukee apartment complex to be sold at auction
Riverwood Apartments, a 94-unit garden-style apartment complex located at 1200 E. Slinger Circle in Milwaukee will be sold in an online auction on Jan. 22, 2015. The starting bid for the complex, built in 1959, will be $700,000.
