Oregon, Wis.-based Gorman & Company plans to renovate the former Washington School at 1238 Geele St. in Sheboygan into a 42-unit apartment complex. The project will be financed with historic preservation tax credits, WHEDA housing credits, and conventional debt.

An affiliate of Dresher, Penn.-based Ascensus Inc. purchased a 57,615-square-foot medical office building at 4202 W. Oakwood Park Ct., Franklin, from Greenfield-based PLJ Commercial for $11.3 million.

Cedarburg-based Conroy Building LLC purchased the 13,200-square-foot North Bay Plaza Shopping Center at 6150 N. Port Washington Road, Glendale, from Brookfield-based JBK North Bay Holdings LLC for $4,138,650.

Milwaukee-based West Allis Apartments 2014 LLC purchased a 44-unit apartment complex at 2307 S. 90th St., West Allis, from Greendale-based BFD Properties LLC for $3.125 million.

Brookfield-based Lohill Enterprises LLC purchased the 24,525-square-foot Grandview Corporate Center office building at 16655 W. Wisconsin Ave., Brookfield, from Waukesha-based Grandview Development LLC for $2.2 million.

Port Washington-based Elder Housing Holdings LLC purchased the Anita’s Gardens assisted living center at 1777 W. Highland Dr., Grafton, from Pewaukee-based Urbanscape Development LLC for $2.1 million.

Brookfield-based Mannat LLC purchased an 18-unit apartment building at 900 S. 5th St., Milwaukee, from Bayside-based Newport Associates LLC for $1.1 million.

Franklin-based Lincoln Business Center LLC purchased a 21,500-square-foot industrial building at 11220-280 W. Lincoln Ave., West Allis, from Oconomowoc-based 4 S LLC for $1.1 million.
