Airgas to build new Germantown facility
Airgas Inc. plans to build a 253,263-square-foot office and distribution center at the southwest corner of Mequon Road and Eisenhower Drive in the Germantown Business Park.
Medical office building planned in Delafield
Minneapolis-based Ryan Companies US Inc. plans to build a two-story, 31,000-square-foot medical office building on a vacant site between I-94 and Hillside Drive in Delafield, just east of the Walmart store. Construction is expected to begin in spring and be complete by the end of the year.
