Seavest hires RFP to lease space in medical office buildings

White Plains, N.Y.-based Seavest Inc. announced that it has hired Milwaukee-based RFP Commercial Inc. to lease space in the Water Tower Medical Commons and Seton Professional Building, both owned by Seavest. Water Tower Medical Commons is a 6-story, 162,000-square-foot medical office building located at 2350 N. Lake Dr., Milwaukee, and Seton Professional Building is a 3-story, 76,600-square-foot medical office building located at 13111 N. Port Washington Road, Mequon. RFP brokers Robert Flood Jr. and Jim Cavanaugh will market the buildings. “Both of these buildings offer new, state-of-the-art medical office space that would be an asset to any successful physician practice,” Flood said. “They also offer unbeatable physician and patient convenience in terms of location, access and parking.’

Funeral home opens on south side

John Rozga and Jim Schutte recently opened the new Rozga-Schutte-Walloch Funeral Home at 4309 S. 20th St., Milwaukee. Rozga and Schutte purchased the former John J. Walloch Funeral Home from the estate of the late John Walloch. Rozga also owns a funeral home at 703 W. Lincoln Ave., Milwaukee.

Shorewest launches iPhone ap

Brookfield-based Shorewest Realtors recently launched its own iPhone application. Called iLocate, it is a GPS-like service that allows buyers to search for available properties with their iPohones or iPod Touch.

Shorewest November sales up 107 percent

Brookfield-based Shorewest Realtors reported that it sold 1,034 homes in November, an increase of 107 percent compared to 496 homes sales in November of 2008.

Total sales volume in November was $209 million, up 109 percent compared to $101 million in November of 2008. This is the sixth month in a row of improved sales for Shorewest, which controls more than 27 percent of the metro Milwaukee residential real estate market. “We’re hopeful that the continued low interest rates and newly expanded and extended home buyer tax credit will help keep the momentum going throughout the holiday months and into the new year,” said Joseph Horning, president of Shorewest Realtors.

Quintessa Medical Spa opens in Mequon

Quintessa Medical Spa this week opened its second location at 10604 N. Port Washington Road, Mequon. The other location is at 1411 N. Taylor Dr. in Sheboygan.
