Sussex Shopko store sold for $9.2 million
Escondido, Calif.-based Realty Income Corp. recently purchased the 80,000-square-foot Shopko store building at N66 W25201 Silver Spring Dr., Sussex, from Green Bay-based Innova Technologies Inc. for $9.225 million, according to state records. The building, located southwest of Highway 164 and Silver Spring Drive, was built in 2009. Realty Income Corp. is a publicly traded real estate company. Innova is an IT management service provider.

Wauwatosa retail building sold for $6 million
The Stratford Plaza building, a 25,725-square-foot multi-tenant retail building located at 12132 Capitol Dr. in Wauwatosa was sold recently for $6 million, according to state records.
The property was sold by Northbrook, Ill.-based Repak Real Estate Development to Los Angeles-based Capital Drive Holdings LLC. The building is located in front of a Home Depot store and is 95 percent occupied, according to LoopNet. Its tenants include: Advanced Auto Parts, Noodles & Company, The Barbershop, Accelerated Physical Therapy, Sherwin-Williams, Golf Tec, GNC, Verizon Wireless, and Toppers Pizza.

Dunham’s building on South 27th Street sold for $4.8 million
Segal Family Foundation Inc., a Watchung, N.J.-based organization that works to help communities in sub-Saharan Africa, recently purchased the 67,196-square-foot retail building at 6525 S. 27th St. in Franklin for $4.8 million. The building is occupied by a Dunham’s sporting goods store. “It’s a real estate investment,” said Bea Pudelko, a bookkeeper for the foundation. “We just want to keep it long term.” The building, which is located next to a Home Depot store, was sold by Chicago-based Klaff Realty.

Riverwest apartment complex sold for $2.35 million
Boston-based Alba Reo LLC purchased the 94-unit Riverwood Apartments complex at 1200 E. Singer Circle, in the Riverwest neighborhood in Milwaukee, from James Stephens for $2.35 million in a sheriff’s deed on foreclosure transaction.

Aurora CEO buys Town of Merton home for $2 million
Aurora Health Care president and chief executive officer Dr. Nick Turkal and Kathleen Turkal recently purchased a home at W303 N5965 Settlers Lane in the Town of Merton for $2.05 million from Calvin Akin. The property has 100 feet of frontage along Beaver Lake.

Racine apartment complex sold for $1.9 million
Guardian Credit Union recently purchased the 60-unit Byrd Avenue Apartments complex at 5107 Byrd Ave., Racine, for $1.913 million from 5107 LLC.

Foley partner buys Whitefish Bay home for $1.85 million
Thomas Pence, a partner with Foley & Lardner LLP, recently purchased a home at5646 N. Shore Dr. in Whitefish Bay for $1.85 million. The home was sold by Marc Buchsbaum, of Los Angeles, a senior vice president with AECOM.

Mequon office building sold for $1.475 million
Mequon-based PJL Group recently purchased the 21,330-square-foot office building at 10335 N. Port Washington Road in Mequon for $1.475 million in a receivership sale. Michael Polsky was the receiver for Alliant Mequon LLC.

Church buys 17-acre Capitol Drive Pewaukee site
The Queen of Apostles Congregation in Pewaukee recently purchased a 17-acre site at N35 W23190 Capitol Dr., Pewaukee, for $950,000 from Thomas Flemming of River Hills.
