Milwaukee-based The Boerke Company Inc. recently hired Brianna Larson as a marketing/research analyst. In addition, Caitlin Collier has been promoted to commercial real estate advisor for Boerke’s office team.
Marcus & Millichap recently added Joe Powers as an associate in its office and industrial group in its Brookfield office. Previously, Powers was a broker for NAI MLG Commercial. “This is an exciting opportunity as I will focus exclusively on the Real Estate Investment Services spectrum of the industry, advising my clients on acquisition and disposition strategies, sale leasebacks and 1031 exchanges,” Powers said.
