Regency Point Shopping Center in Racine was purchased by a Chicago-based real estate investment group.

Bonnie Management Corp. purchased the 163,252-square-foot property for an undisclosed price from Waukesha-based The Redmond Company.

The center is located on the southwest corner of 21st Street and Green Bay Road and anchored by Bed Bath & Beyond, DSW, Hobby Lobby and TJ Maxx.
