The company, which has been in business for 125 years in Sheboygan, is moving from its current location at 1716 N. 16th St. to the Bray building at 1202 8th St.

The move is predicated on Quasius wanting to be part of Sheboygan’s downtown renaissance, said Matt Quasius, president.

“We are pleased to note the city’s investment in the development of added retail as well as the quality apartment residences currently breaking ground,” Quasius said. “We plan to work in the heart of that development in order to inspire even greater success.”

As part of the acquisition of the building, the first floor tenant, Paradigm Coffee and Music has committed to a long term lease. The plan will also create an additional 3,000 square feet of space available on the north end of the building.

Restoration work on the new downtown headquarters will begin in late summer.
