Milwaukee-based Zizzo Group Marketing, PR and New Media promoted Wade Kohlmann to manager and Jen Rumpel to senior account executive of integrated marketing.

Waukesha-based Avicom Marketing Communications announced that co-founder Jeff McCulloch will leave the company and president Tim Kubina will become sole owner of the firm. Craig Roberts has also joined the firm as the director of strategic business development.

Milwaukee-based 7Summits added Brian Molstad as senior user experience architect and web analyst. Molstad has more than 10 years of experience in information/user experience architecture, web analytics, usability and project management to the firm.

Z2 Marketing, Pewaukee, added Kim Stapleton as an account executive. Stapleton comes to Z2 from Bader Rutter & Associates in Brookfield. She has worked on national and local accounts that span the technology, agrichemical and hospitality industries.

Banking & Finance

Inlanta Mortgage, Waukesha, has promoted Chris Knowlton to vice president of technology and marketing. He has been with Inlanta Mortgage since 1997.

Northern Trust has added Michael Sheppard as vice president and wealth strategist. Sheppard will be responsible for cultivating new client relationships and will focus on individuals, families and nonprofits.

Design

Schroeder Solutions, New Berlin, has added Julie Hoffmann to its Interior Design Team.

Education

Divine Savior Holy Angels High School, Milwaukee, has added Ruth Herrle, director of college advising, and Virginia Patton, school counselor to its student services department.

Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE) recently welcomed six full time faculty members. They include: Dr. William Gonwa, assistant professor, Architectural Engineering and Building Construction Department; Dr. Aaron Armstrong, assistant professor, Mechanical Engineering Department; Victoria Carlson-Oehlers, assistant professor, School of Nursing; Sharon Morris-Pruitt, assistant professor, School of Nursing; Dr. Nazieh Masoud, assistant professor, Physics and Chemistry Department; and Dr. Faisal Shaikh, assistant professor, Physics and Chemistry Department.

Health Care

David Curtis has been appointed assistant professor of surgery at The Medical College of Wisconsin and to the medical staffs at Froedtert Hospital in Wauwatosa and the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center in Milwaukee. Prior to coming to the college, Dr. Curtis worked in private practice in oral and maxillofacial surgery in several locations in Minnesota.

Kelly J. Hoagland, a board-certified adult psychiatrist, recently joined the medical staff of Rogers Memorial Hospital in Sussex. Hoagland will provide treatment for a broad spectrum of mental health concerns in adults, including mood and anxiety disorders, psychosis, ADHD, and management of symptoms related to stress, grief, role changes, and medical illness.

Gregory Banaszynski, executive vice president of Aurora Health Care’s mid-market group, recently received the 2010 American College of Healthcare Executives Senior-Level Healthcare Executive Regent’s Award from the American College of Healthcare Executives Wisconsin Chapter. Banaszynski is a fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Waukesha-based ProHealth Care has expanded its Pain Management Program with the addition of Dr. Louis Noto. Noto is a Wisconsin native who received his undergraduate degrees from Marquette University, his medical education from the Medical College of Wisconsin and, most recently, completed a pain medicine fellowship from The Medical College.

Hospitality & Entertainment

Milwaukee-based Mason Street Grill has added Thomas Hauck as the restaurant’s new chef de cuisine. Hauck has worked in kitchens in New York, Virginia and France. He most recently cooked at Michel Richard Citronelle in Washington, D.C. where he worked closely with celebrity chef Michel Richard in menu development and kitchen oversight.

Legal Services

Laurna Jozwiak has joined the firm of Fox, O’Neill & Shannon, S.C. in Milwaukee, as an associate. She will practice in areas of family law, litigation and corporate law.

Foley & Lardner LLP, announced that Maria Gonzalez Knavel, a partner in the firm’s Milwaukee office, has been selected as the recipient of the 2010 Association of Women Lawyers Community Involvement Award. This honor is presented in recognition of an attorney who demonstrates significant involvement in organizations committed to strengthening and improving the quality of life for those in Milwaukee and southeastern Wisconsin. Gonzalez Knavel is a member of the Health Care and Life Sciences Industry Teams and Government Enforcement, Compliance & White Collar Defense Practice Group at the firm.

Manufacturing

Harley-Davidson Inc., Milwaukee, elected John Anderson to the company’s board of directors. Anderson has served as president and chief executive officer of Levi Strauss & Co. since 2006.

Nonprofit

Community Shares of Greater Milwaukee announced that Patricia McFarland has been named vice president of its board of directors. McFarland is an instructor in Early Childhood Education at Milwaukee Area Technical College, and a former instructor at Head Start. She is a former board president and has served on the board of directors for the past two years and currently serves as chair of the members committee.

Pamela Gansmann joined Villa St. Francis as the new director and resident services administrator. She has experience as an administrator and trainer in the field of independent and assisted living services for older adults.

Professional Organizations

LISC Milwaukee recently added Jack West as financial services director. He will lead the organization’s efforts to increase its quality and volume of real estate investment activity in Milwaukee’s central city neighborhoods.

Real Estate

Real estate agents Tom and Kathy Pehowski recently joined the Mequon office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Dani Turer, joined the North Shore office in Glendale; Rebecca Leary and Chris Novak have joined the Metro West office in Brookfield, and Ben Kral, Rena Manhoff and Natasha Sandoval, have joined the downtown Milwaukee office.

Staffing & Recruiting

Patina Solutions, Brookfield, has retained Dr. Mark Polczynski, director of the engineering management program at Marquette University, to help the company secure and execute a wide range of engineering engagements. In addition, he will assist in building Patina’s portfolio of engineering professionals. Polczynski has experience in many areas including quality control, electronic hardware and software development, electronic product manufacturing, new product platform development, and sales.
