Errol Barnett has joined Legacy Bank, Milwaukee, as the new senior vice president and chief lending officer. Geneva Ivory has joined the bank as the new collections representative. Robin Talbott has been promoted to senior lender at legacy bank and Tijunna Hennings has been promoted to credit analyst at the bank.
Milwaukee-based MGIC Investment Corporation has added Dr. Mark Zandi to its board of directors. Zandi is chief economist of Moody’s Analytics, N.Y., where he directs economic research and consulting.

Waukesha County Chamber of Commerce has promoted Carolyn Hahn to director of events and public relations. Hahn joined the Waukesha County Chamber of Commerce in December of 2007 and was promoted to events manager in November of 2008.

The Art Institute of Wisconsin has appointed Bill Johnson as president of the school’s new Milwaukee location. He previously served as president of The Art Institutes International-Minnesota in Minneapolis and president of The Art Institutes schools in Phoenix and North Hollywood.
Cynthia Echols has been appointed senior director of external relations and campaign manager at Mount Mary College in Milwaukee. She previously served at Marquette University and the University of Chicago in numerous capacities.
Todd Battle, Suzanne Deans, Leslie Scherrer and Gary Olsen were recently sworn in as members of the Gateway Technical College Board of Trustees.
Dr. Xiaowen Bai, Ph.D., has been appointed assistant professor of anesthesiology at The Medical College of Wisconsin, Wauwatosa. Prior to coming to MCW, Bai served as an instructor in the department of molecular pathology at the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston for three years.
Concordia University of Wisconsin, Mequon, recently added new directors for its graduate academic programs. Robert Barnhart, was added as the new director of the physical therapy program, he will also serve as chair of the physical therapy department. Teri Kaul, who has been serving as the director of the graduate nursing program for five years, will now take on the additional role of chair of the nursing department, and Gary Petersen was named the new director of the graduate counseling program.
Eileen Schwalbach, president of Milwaukee-based Mount Mary College, has announced that Sister Sara Jean Donegan, Sister Carole Shinnick and Sister Ann Scholz were added to the college’s corporate board. The Corporate Board has oversight of Mount Mary’s Board of Trustees including responsibility for governance matters, financial decisions and institutional leadership.

Dr. Heena Desai has been named assistant professor of psychiatry and behavioral medicine at The Medical College of Wisconsin and to the staff at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin in Wauwatosa.
Catherine Jacobson has joined Wauwatosa-based Froedtert & Community Health senior management team as executive vice president for finance and strategy, chief financial and strategy officer. Her new role will become effective Sept. 1. Jacobson is currently serving as senior vice president for strategic planning and finance and chief financial officer at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago.
Rogers Memorial Hospital, Oconomowoc, has added Jennifer Hailey as an assistant medical director to help lead the organization’s inpatient and partial eating disorders programs. Hailey was formerly with the Dialectical Behavior Therapy group at The DBT Center of Michigan.
Dr. Eduardo Zambrano, has been named associate professor of pathology at The Medical College of Wisconsin, Wauwatosa, and director of surgical pathology and of musculoskeletal pathology at Froedtert Hospital. His expertise is in pediatric pathology as well as disorders of bone and soft tissue. Prior to accepting this position, Zambrano was on the faculty of Yale University School of Medicine in New Haven, Conn. for the past seven years.
Aurora Health Care has named Shelly Hart at its deputy general counsel. Hart will serve as Aurora’s senior health law attorney, responsible for all health law matters. Prior to joining Aurora, Hart was a partner at Foley & Lardner LLP in Milwaukee where she spent more than 20 years on its health care industry team.

Stephen Katz has been promoted to central claims manager and Jennifer Baumann was promoted to manager of services at ACUITY’s corporate headquarters in Sheboygan. Katz joined the firm in 1996, and Baumann has been with the company since 2006.
United Heartland has added Patrick Walsh as vice president of claims and managed care.

Historic Milwaukee Inc., has elected Dan Cooper as president of it’s board of directors. Cooper has served on the board since 2006.
Gordon Boucher, president of Wisconsin-based The Boucher Company, has been re-elected as a national vice president of the Muscular Dystrophy Association. MDA national vice presidents provide volunteer assistance and counsel in their areas of expertise to support the Association’s lifesaving research and services programs. The Boucher Company owns and operates 18 automobile dealerships in Wisconsin.
