Komisar Brady & Co. LLP, Milwaukee, announced that Matthew Engelhardt and Allison Radloff have joined the firm as staff accountants and Carl Rappelt has joined the firm’s audit department. Lori Jurgensen was also hired as an executive assistant.
RitzHolman CPAs, Milwaukee, has promoted Matthew Rios, CPA, to partner of the firm. Rios is a member of the tax and outsourcing teams and has been with the firm since 1997.



Eppstein Uhen Architects, Milwaukee, has hired Matthew Hall, CPA, as the firm’s chief financial officer.
AG Architecture Inc., Wauwatosa, has added Nicholas Mischo, Jacek Flejsierowicz, Jerry Mortier, Kevin Wall and Scott Calmes to its architectural team, and Diane Olsen to the office support staff.


Banking & Finance

North Shore Bank, Brookfield, elected Jay McKenna executive vice president and chief operating officer and Andrew Wallach III chief financial officer. McKenna, who has been with the bank since 1999, previously served as its senior vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer. Wallach, a 26-year veteran of the bank, was previously senior vice president. North Shore Bank has also named Joshua King as manager of the bank’s West Allis branch. King brings several years of banking experience to his new position.


Building & Construction

TRIAD Construction, West Allis, has hired Sheila Semrou as business development manager, and Gary Gapinski as vice president of sales.



Joseph Mentzer has joined Endpoint Solutions, Hales Corners, as a senior engineer focusing on above ground storage tank design, permitting and compliance.



Jodie Tonner was named director of advancement for University School of Milwaukee. Tonner joined the USM Advancement Department in 1994 as director of annual giving and alumni relations.


Government Organizations

The City of New Berlin recently announced that Ralph Chipman CPA, has assumed the role of director of finance. Chipman will serve as financial advisor to the mayor and Common Council, and has over 20 years experience working within the city’s Finance Department.


Health Care

Community Memorial Hospital, Menomonee Falls, has added four doctors to its medical staff. They include: Dr. John Bolger, orthopedics; Dr. Christopher Hake, hematology/oncology; Dr. James Hollowell, neurosurgery; and Dr. Kurt Oesterling, hematology/oncology.


Legal Services

Godfrey & Kahn S.C., Milwaukee, has elected Danielle Machata and C.J. Wauters as shareholders. Machata is a member of the Corporate Practice Group and has been with the firm since 2005. Wauters is a member of the Securities Practice Group and has been with the firm since 2001.


Velvac, Inc., New Berlin, has hired Michael Sand as materials manager, Peter Whitehead as vice president of engineering, Dale Wittlieff as director of quality assurance, and John German as heavy duty aftermarket market manager.



The Luxembourg American Cultural Society, Belgium, has hired Kevin Wester as executive director of the organization. Wester has been the society’s longest tenured employee and directed the organization’s $1.3 million capital campaign for the building of the new Luxembourg American Cultural Center.



Arandell Corp., Menomonee Falls, announced the appointment of Lauren Falk to the position of marketing administration manager.


Professional Services

Mayfair Leasing, Waukesha, has hired John Collura as an account executive. In this position, Collura will meet with prospective clients for Mayfair Leasing’s vehicle management program and implement cost saving strategies.
Patient Care, Milwaukee, has recently added Amy Guarino to its sales department as account manager. Guarino has more than 15 years of sales and account management experience.


Staffing & Recruiting

Patina Solutions, Milwaukee, has hired Robert Fronberry as practice director of technology services. Fronberry has more than 32 years of progressive experience, with the last 17 years at the senior management level.
Brookfield-based Pinstripe, Inc., announced the addition of Carrie Harris-Muller, the chief administrative officer for Kaiser Permanente Mid-Atlantic states region, to its health care advisory board.



LaserNet Inc., Milwaukee, has announced that Mark Schlicht will join the firm as sales director. Schlicht will focus his efforts on bringing LaserNet’s electronic patient statement delivery technology to the health care industry.
