Milwaukee-based Zizzo Group has hired Marko Knezic as a senior account executive. In this role, Knezic will serve the agency’s clients with account management services. He has expertise in email campaigns, social media, blogs, white papers and community outreach.

Milwaukee-based SJA Financial Advisory LLC added Ron Johnson as a fee-only financial planner.
BMO Private Bank named Nate Tiziani a senior client advisor in Milwaukee. Tiziani has more than 14 years of experience in financial services. BMO Private Bank also recently appointed Ann Conis a director of trust and estate services in Milwaukee. Conis has more than 30 years of experience in financial services.
Associated Bank promoted Dennis Krakau to executive vice president, senior market executive. Krakau has 30 years of experience in the financial industry. He previously served as executive vice president, corporate banking, a role in which he headed Associated Bank’s East Group with a focus on eastern Wisconsin and Michigan. In his new position, he will oversee strategic direction for the Private Client and Institutional Services group in southeastern Wisconsin. His specific responsibilities will include running the Private Banking and Personal Trust teams, boosting community engagement efforts and cross selling PCIS services.
The Retirement Advantage Inc., of Port Washington, added Steve Kawleski as a plan installation manager and also hired Darouny Vongphachanh and Christina Hennessy as client relationship managers.

Greenfire Management Services LLC, of Milwaukee, recently promoted Nathan Keller to director of operations. Keller has been with the company since 2012, when he was hired as a senior project manager. His career encompasses 15 years of experience in the construction industry. Greenfire Management Services also hired Nadine Wiencek as a project engineer and Lynne Fakiroglou as an accountant.
Mortenson Construction expanded its Milwaukee operations by adding Casey Marble, an assistant project manager; Keith Kumpula, a project engineer; Dave Becraft, a senior MEP project engineer; and Ryan Hornsey, a safety engineer.
Wauwatosa-based S.J. Janis Company, Inc. hired Kent McKelvey as production manager and Vince Caballero as a carpenter. McKelvey has 30 years of experience in the construction industry and will work to keep each of the firm’s remodeling projects on schedule. Caballero has carpentry experience in framing custom houses, building condos and constructing hotels.

Colorado-based consulting, design, construction and operations firm CH2M has named Charlie Webb area manager for Wisconsin. Webb will be based in Milwaukee and will act as the firm’s point person for government and community leaders as the firm works to create solutions for transportation, water, environmental, energy and industrial issues. Webb has worked for CH2M for the past 20 years and has more than 23 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure planning and development.

GE Healthcare has promoted Bich Le to general manager of PET/CT. Le, based in Waukesha, has worked for GE Healthcare for 16 years and most recently served as general manager of the company’s new programs with the Molecular Imaging & Computed Tomography business. In her new position, Le will supply leadership and strategic direction for the MICT PET/CT business as she heads marketing, sales, operations, engineering and services teams to fuel the business.

Saz’s Hospitality Group named Jeff Gudex sales and marketing director of its BBQ products. In this role, Gudex will focus on growing the reach of the company’s product line.

Attorney Laura Straus joined Morgan Legal Group LLC’s Milwaukee office. Straus has a decade of legal experience and has a background in commercial law, banking and contract negotiation. She previously worked for the Forest County Potawatomi Community as an in-house counsel. Before that role, she served as an attorney at Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c.
Milwaukee-based Meissner Tierney Fisher & Nichols S.C. added Dieter Juedes as an associate attorney. Juedes practices commercial and insurance litigation and will address business and corporate disputes, insurance coverage and appellate matters. He previously served as an associate attorney at Borgelt, Powell, Peterson & Frauen S.C.

Waukesha-based Aries Industries Inc. added John Silseth and Nicholas Wahl to its board of directors. Silseth is president of Antietam LLC in Milwaukee. He also is a co-owner of several Wisconsin-based ventures. Wahl is president and managing partner of Milwaukee-based Godfrey & Kahn S.C.

American Red Cross-Wisconsin Region hired Scott Marshall as a senior corporate development officer, Katie Sullivan as an executive assistant and Alex Lombard as a volunteer program specialist.

Anderson Commercial Group LLC, of Greenfield, added Dave Hazenfield to its brokerage team as senior vice president. Hazenfield has more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience and has specialized in industrial, investment and development. His areas of experience include facility and site selection, advising and property valuations.

MBM promoted Michael Schuldes to vice president of sales for Milwaukee operations. Schuldes has worked for MBM since 1989, when he joined the company as a general territory sales representative. He was promoted to sales manager in 1994. MBM stretched into the Milwaukee market in October 2012, after having acquired Fuchs Business Solutions.

Pewaukee-based American Transmission Co. promoted Mark Davis to executive vice president and chief operating officer. In his new capacity, Davis will guide system planning, system operations, construction and asset management. He started with American Transmission Co. in 2006 as director of asset management. Prior to joining American Transmission Co., Davis spent 20 years working for Indianapolis Power & Light Co.
