Interstate Roof Systems Consulting, based in Elgin, Ill., has welcomed David Velcheck as vice president and principal. Brown Deer-based Badger Meter, Inc., has appointed Greg Richards marketing manager, software. Richards previously worked as a product line director at Renaissance Learning, where he gained more than 17 years of experience in software marketing.
