Trefoil Group, a strategic marketing communications agency based in Milwaukee, has promoted Brittany Dorfner and Alyssa Hintzen to account executives. Both have worked for Trefoil Group since 2011. Their new responsibilities include tasks in account management, client budget management and creation of strategic marketing communications plans for B2B clients.

AG Architecture, based in Wauwatosa, has hired Hailey Schwobe. Schwobe graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in May with a master’s degree in architecture.

Arts & Entertainment

Marcus Theatres, a division of Milwaukee-based The Marcus Corp., has appointed Samuel “Sonny” Gourley vice president of film. Gourley lives in Los Angeles and will work from the West Coast. He has nearly 40 years of experience in the film exhibition industry. Gourley previously worked for AMC Entertainment, Inc. for more than 37 years, most recently fulfilling the role of president of film programming.

Banking & Finance

Greg Downey has been named vice president, wealth management relationship manager for Johnson Bank’s Milwaukee region. Downey has more than 31 years of experience in wealth management.

The Henry and Jenson Group of Wells Fargo Advisors LLC has hired Emily Zimmerman as a financial consultant at the company’s Waukesha branch.

Consulting

Jo Stumpner has been promoted to director of Internet marketing at Top Floor Technologies, located in New Berlin. Stumpner has more than 15 years of sales and marketing experience, including 12 years in Internet marketing. She will lead the company’s Internet Marketing Department, concentrating on integrated online services. In her previous position, she served as director of paid search marketing.

Education

Christopher Eperjesy, chief financial officer of Racine-based manufacturer Twin Disc Inc., has been elected a member of the Racine Unified School Board.

Concordia University has promoted Marsha Thomas to director of the Miller Park Way Center in West Milwaukee. In her new position, Thomas will work with faculty and will focus on academic advising, facilities management and retention services. Thomas is taking over for Angela Belz, who the university named center director for adult accelerated learning at its campus in Mequon. In her new role, Belz will be responsible for managing all of the accelerated courses, including budgeting, academic advising and working with adjunct faculty.

Engineering

R.A. Smith National has hired Caleb Manske as a civil engineer in the transportation division of the company’s corporate office in Brookfield. Manske has five-and-a-half years of experience in transportation. His focus is in geometric design and plan development.

Health Care

ProHealth Care Medical Associates in Waukesha has added Dr. Christopher Drayna to its clinic on Stone Ridge Drive. Drayna specializes in internal medicine. He focuses on the care of acute illness and management of chronic issues such as diabetes, high cholesterol, thyroid disorders, high blood pressure and heart disease. ProHealth Care Medical Associates in Waukesha has also added Dr. Reyhan Demircioglu to its clinic on Big Bend Road. Demircioglu, another internal medicine physician, focuses on management of adult chronic disease and geriatric syndromes.

Dr. Hari Raj Paudel has been named assistant professor of medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Wauwatosa. Paudel, who also consults inpatients at Froedtert Hospital in Wauwatosa, is board certified in internal medicine and focuses on hospital medical. He previously served as a hospitalist at Loretto Hospital in Chicago.

Insurance

Robert Adams has joined Milwaukee-based The Rauser Agency as a business development officer. Adams has 25 years of experience providing employers with health insurance services. At The Rauser Agency, he will focus on complex claims analysis, carrier negotiations, consumer driven plan design communication strategies and wellness plan incorporation.

Milwaukee-based Assurant Health has named Mike Hamilton senior vice president, chief sales officer. Hamilton has more than 20 years of experience in financial services and insurance. Prior to his new role, he was the chief executive officer of a consultancy. At Assurant Health, he will help grow the company’s distribution capabilities.

Manufacturing

Quick Cable, based in Franksville, has added Rick Meszaros and Jim Beyer to its account management department. Meszaros and Beyer will serve heavy-duty markets, stationary battery markets, and electrical distribution markets.

Global Precision Industries, based in Germantown, has hired Steve Schubert as global account executive. Schubert has experience in sales and customer relationship management.

Nonprofit

PAVE, a Milwaukee nonprofit organization focused on strengthening educational opportunities for local students, has hired Marcela Garcia as associate program director for governance and board leadership. In her new role, Garcia will be responsible for helping recruit and train Milwaukee professionals to participate on boards of local independent schools with the introduction of the nonprofit’s Board Corps and PAVE Partner Schools this school year.

Real Estate

Colliers International’s Milwaukee office added Jennifer Bullock as an investment analyst for the brokerage division and Dale Joswick as a property manager. Bullock will be responsible for completing all investment sale due diligence such as opinion of values, organizing sale comps, tracking cap rate data, putting together lease abstracts, ARGUS analyses and developing marketing materials for investment listings. Joswick will manage a high-rise office building with more than 200,000 square feet of space for offices and retail. He will oversee tenant and client relations, lease transactions and focus on general operations

Sports and Recreation

Elite Sports Clubs River Glen, Glendale, has appointed Cherie Lininger as general manager. In her leadership position, Lininger will support the club’s fitness and sports programs for current and new members and will help build on the club’s tennis and aquatics programs. Lininger previously worked as a spa director for The Spa at Trump Towers International in Chicago and prior to that position was the spa and fitness director at Avani Spa at the Abbey Resort in Fontana.

Technology

HarQen, a Milwaukee-based digital voice technology company, has promoted Ane Ohm to president and chief operating officer. During her time at HarQen, Ohm has helped bring HarQen’s products to market and expand the number of Fortune 500 companies that it serves. Her past professional experience includes serving as president of LaserNet Inc., vice president at Pinstripe Inc., and in leadership roles at Strong Financial Corp.
