Trefoil Group, located in Milwaukee, has added Jessica Spooner as an account executive. Spooner has more than six years of experience in advertising and account relations. She most recently served as an assistant account executive at Celtic Inc. In her new position, Spooner will contribute to strategic planning, development and execution of marketing initiatives, and day-to-day project management tasks for clients in manufacturing and professional services.

Boelter + Lincoln Marketing Communications, headquartered in Milwaukee, has hired Amanda Bergum as an account executive. Prior to her new position, Bergum was an account executive at Birdsall, Voss & Associates.

Banking & Finance

Johnson Bank, headquartered in Racine, has appointed Mark Fenlon senior vice president-wealth for Johnson Bank Wealth. Fenlon has more than 30 years of experience in financial services with 25 years dedicated to wealth management. In his new role, he will work out of Johnson Bank Wealth’s offices in Milwaukee and Phoenix, Ariz., and will be responsible for the wealth function of the bank from Green Bay to Kenosha.

Education

Alverno College, located in Milwaukee, has promoted Jodi Marose to assistant director, marketing communications. Marose previously was the marketing publications specialist. In her new position, she will help the college maintain brand consistency in all admissions marketing materials. Alverno College also recently promoted Christy Stone to director of admissions. Prior to her promotion, Stone served as director of adult and graduate programs.

Fava Tea Company’s Brookfield location has added Maggie Sleger as a sales associate and marketing specialist.

The Hyatt Regency Milwaukee has welcomed Ron Olstad as general manager. Olstad previously worked for a management consulting firm where he focused on providing interim operational leadership for hotels in transition. His career has also included an asset management role for properties transitioning from independent resorts to the Waldorf Astoria brand. He also worked in sales and marketing for Westin Hotels.

Becky’s Blissful Bakery, located in Pewaukee, has added Jamie Sawyer to its management team to provide customer service and assist with the company’s community outreach efforts.

Insurance

HNI, of New Berlin, has hired Ryan Gannon as an account administrator for the Wisconsin Transportation Group. In this role, Gannon will handle the day-to-day processing of new business and renewal business and will also be responsible for customer service.

Brookfield-based Diversified Insurance Solutions has added Laurel Schulz as a risk consultant, property and casualty. Schulz has 17 years of experience in the insurance industry. She previously worked as a sales underwriter for The Hanover Group in Brookfield. Diversified Insurance Solutions also recently welcomed Lorna Kandler as a customer service agent, personal insurance. Prior to her new position, Kandler served as a customer service representative for Farmers Insurance in Milwaukee.

Acuity has promoted several employees at its corporate headquarters in Sheboygan. Promotions include Tricia Brickley to team manager of business systems; Sharon Laabs to team manager of business systems; Al Edwards to general manager of central claims; Deb Bates to senior commercial underwriter; Carissa Olson to senior commercial underwriter; and Pam Wittkopp to senior commercial underwriter.

The Brehmer Agency, Butler, has added Don Miller to its sales team and has also hired Shannon Suber as account manager. Both Miller and Suber will work in the agency’s Commercial Insurance Department. Miller has more than 30 years of commercial property and casualty experience, and Suber has more than 12 years of experience in commercial insurance.

Burkwald & Associates, located in Pewaukee, has added Victoria Seligmiller as a client relations manager. Seligmiller has more than 20 years of experience in health insurance, benefits and consulting. She most recently served as benefits consultant for the Medical College of Wisconsin. At Burkwald & Associates, she will work with clients to source and manage their employee benefits, including health care insurance. She will also educate clients about the health care reform law so that they better understand the law and how it impacts them.

Legal Services

Robert Heinrich, a partner at Foley & Lardner LLP’s Milwaukee office, was recently elected vice president of the Wisconsin Association for Financial Professionals. Heinrich works in Foley & Lardner LLP’s Finance & Financial Institutions Practice and is also part of the firm’s Sports Industry Team.

Manufacturing

New Berlin-based Wenthe-Davidson Engineering Co. recently promoted Douglas Dienberg to vice president of operations and company officer, Timothy Kuczynski to vice president of engineering and company officer, John Pope to vice president of sales and new product launch, and Mark Kisley to plant manager.

Boyd Schindler has joined Pewaukee-based TLX Technologies as a program engineer. Schindler has nearly 20 years of experience in design and process engineering as well as product development and manufacturing.

Nonprofit

The Social Development Commission, of Milwaukee, appointed Pamela Biagui to director of human resources. Biagui has 15 years of experience in human resources and holds the Senior Professional Human Resources certification.

Safe Babies Healthy Families, of Waukesha, has named Susan Fay director of development. She will lead business and individual donor development as well as oversee major and planned gifts and donor stewardship. Fay previously served as the fund development manager at Stillwaters Cancer Support Services.

Real Estate

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage recently added real estate agents D.J. Golembiewski and Lindsay Pointer to its Metro West office in Brookfield. Coldwell Banker also recently added real estate agent Judy Parola in its North Shore office in Glendale.

Senior Living Communities

Saint John’s Communities Inc., located in Milwaukee, appointed Lisa Lehman to director of clinical services. Lehman previously served as director of operations for Amedisys of Wisconsin. Her career has also included the director of nursing role at the Village at Manor Park Inc. In her new position, Lehman will oversee all aspects of clinical services. She will also assist with the development of Saint John’s overall strategic plan.

Technology

Montage Talent, located in Delafield, added Patricia Hughes as vice president of strategic alliances. Hughes has more than 20 years of experience in business and partner development in the human capital industry.
