Brookfield-based Vrakas/Blum, S.C has added Cory Loppnow as a staff accountant. Loppnow graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a master’s of professional accountancy degree in 2014. At Vrakas/Blum, he will work in the audit and tax department and will handle individual, corporate and trust tax returns. He will also help complete audit, review and compilation procedures.

Elm Grove-based Annex Wealth Management has named Tom Parks director of retirement plan services. Parks has more than 13 years of experience in retirement plan sales, asset management and relationship development. Most recently, Parks was a retirement plan specialist at M4 Financial Partners in Brookfield, where he was responsible for $80 million in client assets. In his new role, he will assist banking clients with retirement planning and qualified retirement plan management. He will provide continuous support and plan consultation for clients in need.

Pewaukee-based VJS Construction Services has hired Linda Manske as a project accountant. Manske has more than 20 years of accounting experience in the construction industry. VJS Construction Services also recently added Sue Petlewski as a project coordinator and Joan Kaulfuerst as an accounts payable specialist.

Miron Construction Co., Inc. has promoted Andre Lorenzen to project executive. Lorenzen has been a senior project manager for Miron for the past four years and has managed project elements such as preliminary planning, budget development, financial control, value engineering, scheduling, coordination of construction activity, project closeout and owner occupancy. He is experienced in development projects related to health care, education, senior living and mixed-use. In his elevated position, he will handle preconstruction and value-added services for facilities located in the Milwaukee market.

Columbia St. Mary’s Prospect Medical Commons and Columbia St. Mary’s Shorewood Family Physicians have added Dr. Tamara Adducci to their medical teams. Adducci is an OB-GYN and completed her degree in medicine in 2010 at the Medical College of Wisconsin, where she also completed an internship and residency in obstetrics and gynecology.

Advanced Pain Management has added Dr. Atit Shah to its medical team. Shah will consult patients at Advanced Pain Management’s metro Milwaukee clinics and at its Sheboygan clinic. Shah completed an anesthesiology residency in New York City and a fellowship in pain medicine at Case Western University in Ohio. Advanced Pain Management also recently added Rachelle Manke as an advanced practice nurse practitioner. Manke, who has five years of professional nursing experience, will serve patients at clinics in the greater Milwaukee area, including in Greenfield and Franklin.

Pine Haven Christian Homes, of Sheboygan Falls, has added Crystal Thomas as chef and Martina Wessels as resident wellness manager. Thomas has more than 18 years of culinary experience at restaurants, resorts and country clubs. Wessels completed a bachelor’s degree in exercise science at Trinity Christian College in September and has worked for Alliance Rehab.

Quintessa Aesthetic Center, of Mequon, has expanded its team with surgical technician Sarah Ridderbush, surgical care coordinator Tara Davison, and marketing specialist and spa care coordinator Megan Rende. Ridderbush will assist with patient surgeries; Davison will act as a liaison between the center’s medical staff and patients; and Rende will handle internal and external marketing as well as ensure that patients have a positive experience during their time at the medispa.

Hospitality & Entertainment

Milwaukee-based Saz’s Hospitality Group has added to its management team with Michelle Anderson, sales and event manager, and Kristal Kaiser, sales and marketing manager. Anderson will grow the wedding specialist staff of the Saz’s Catering division and will also assist corporate event sales management. Kaiser will focus on event management and marketing initiatives for the company.

Insurance

RC Insurance Services, Inc., headquartered in Hartland, has added Renee Kuhs as compliance attorney. Kuhs is well-versed in employee benefits compliance and will work to help the agency’s clients comprehend the complex compliance obligations of health insurance plans.

Legal Services

Milwaukee-based Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. added Justin Smith as a public relations specialist. Smith joins the law firm from Trefoil Group in Milwaukee. He is experienced in public relations, integrated marketing communications and brand development. In his new role, he will work to develop the firm’s media relations and marketing efforts, promote the firm’s practice areas, grow relations with business and trade media and devise communication strategies. He will also be responsible for producing content across traditional, digital and social media platforms.

Manufacturing

ACS Group, headquartered in New Berlin, has appointed Bob Andress vice president of operations. Andress’ career in manufacturing has included working as an engineer for General Motors and filling operational leadership positions at other companies, such as Delphi Automotive Systems and Wabtec. In his new capacity, Andress will manage operational areas of the ACS Group, including engineering, quality, materials and manufacturing, at plants in New Berlin and in Suzhou, China. He will largely focus on enhancing product quality, tightening lead times and reinforcing on-time delivery.

Reliable Plating Works, Inc./Elite Finishing LLC, of Milwaukee, has added Roberto Flores as a planner and scheduler. In this role, Flores will work to ensure customers receive their products on time and will uphold the company’s commitment to excellent customer service.

Marketing & Advertising

Charleston|Orwig, based in Hartland, has named Kimberly Keller senior director of reputation management. Keller previously served as director of marketing for the McDonald’s Business Unit at Cargill. She has also held marketing and communications positions at 3M Company and Cargill’s food ingredient and systems platform.

Brookfield-based Celtic, Inc. has added Rebecca Rick as a creative copywriter. Rick has more than seven years of industry experience and has served major brands in the health care, finance and nonprofit sectors. In her new role, she will produce copy and content for a range of communication initiatives, including advertising and advertising campaigns, branding, brochures, websites, videos, case studies and social media.

Nonprofit

Variety – the Children’s Charity of Wisconsin has added Bob Menefee as director of development. After a 12-year run, Menefee retired from his role as vice president of procurement, marketing, advertising and communications at Marcus Theatres to transition into the nonprofit. He has been involved with the organization for the past 25 years. In 2009, he joined Variety’s board of directors and in 2011, became board president. He has more than 40 years of experience as a sales and communications professional.

College Possible Milwaukee has named Somkhit Boonheuan college program coordinator. Boonheuan has served the organization for two years as a college coach, a role in which he guided about 200 college students through their academic, social and financial challenges. In his new position, he will organize the nonprofit’s work with low-income students in colleges across the county and will oversee seven AmeriCorps members hired as college coaches.

Transportation

West Allis-based Selig Leasing Company Inc. has promoted Rich Gray to director of fleet leasing services. Gray has been part of Selig Leasing’s team for more than three years and has close to 20 years of vehicle fleet leasing experience. The company also recently named David Kramer manager of fleeting leasing. Kramer has more than 28 years of experience in the automotive industry, including time owning and operating Ultimate Truck Accessories in Milwaukee.
