Wipfli LLP, Wauwatosa, has elected two new partners: Luis Murgas and Gina Skibo. Murgas has close to 20 years of experience in software solutions and information technology. He has been with Wipfli since 2007 and is currently the U.S. leader of SpiderLogic, a firm division that focuses on customized software solutions. Skibo has more than 16 years of experience as a certified public accountant working with middle-market companies in both the public and private sectors. She also is a leader in Wipfli’s employee benefit plan audit group.

Ernst & Young LLP has promoted Leslie Russell Plamann to partner of its Milwaukee office. Russell Plamann is a member of the firm’s Assurance practice and assists public and private companies in manufacturing and retail. The firm also recently promoted Shawn Puechner to principal and Lisa Van Landeghem to executive director. Puechner is a tax account leader and is the Central Region Energy Tax segment leader. Van Landeghem serves in the firm’s Assurance practice, working with large publicly held clients and privately held companies in retail, consumer products and manufacturing.

Primum Marketing Communications, of Milwaukee, recently promoted Jessica Hurd to account executive. In her elevated role, Hurd will manage client relationships and inbound marketing projects. Her specific responsibilities will encompass tactical management, estimate development and budget control, and project planning and coordination.

Milwaukee-based Boelter + Lincoln Marketing Communications has added Jessica Levine as an account coordinator in its public relations/social media department. Levine previously served as a public relations and social media intern at Boelter + Lincoln.

Banking & Finance

Waukesha State Bank has promoted Mondi Flores to bank manager of its office on Silvernail Road in Pewaukee. Flores has been with Waukesha State Bank for nearly 10 years. She has served as a teller, assistant teller supervisor and most recently as a personal banker. In her promoted role, Flores will run the daily branch operations of the bank with attention to business development, personnel, customer service, lending, relationship management and community service. Waukesha State Bank also recently welcomed Josh Kotter, Terry Herder and John Gonzales to its mortgage lending staff and promoted Kurt Krebsbach to mortgage producing sales manager.

North Shore Bank, headquartered in Brookfield, promoted Susan Doyle to senior vice president of retail banking. Doyle has 30 years of banking experience and previously served the bank as a vice president. In her new role, she will be responsible for the development of the bank’s branch network, marketing and investment sales.

WaterStone Bank named Becky Krueger community president of its Waukesha branch. Krueger has worked for the bank since 2003. She has served as a teller, lead new accounts/relationship banker, and assistant branch manager. The bank also recently appointed Shannon Loper community president of its Oconomowoc/Lake Country branch. Loper has been with WaterStone Bank since 2013. During her tenure at the bank, she has served as a personal banker and relationship banker. Prior to joining WaterStone Bank, Loper held positions with Robert W. Baird & Co., Morgan Stanley and Merill Lynch. Additionally, WaterStone Bank has promoted Kelli Glatczak to assistant vice president of deposit servicing.

Consulting

T.E. Brennan Co., of Brookfield, has hired Bob Burnside as a risk management consultant. Burnside has more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry.

Education 

Thomas Krumenacher has been elected president of the Milwaukee School of Engineering Alumni Association. Krumenacher is a partner in Quarles & Brady LLP’s Milwaukee office and focuses on patent law. He previously was on the alumni association’s board of directors for eight years and most recently served as the Wisconsin chapter director. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering technology from MSOE in 1990 and a Master of Science degree in engineering management in 1998. He also completed a law degree at Marquette University Law School.

Jeanne Siegenthaler, Ph.D., has been elected to the Association of Wisconsin School Administrators’ board of directors for a two-year term. Siegenthaler is principal of Dixon Elementary in the Elmbrook School District.

Hospitality & Entertainment

Marcus Theatres, a division of Milwaukee-based The Marcus Corp., has named Doug Pellock vice president of construction and purchasing, Mari Randa director of communications and Don Eby creative manager. Additionally, Marcus Theatres recently promoted Matt Lee from district director to director of operations.

Legal Services

Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek S.C. recently named Jack Enea a co-leader of its Trusts & Estates team. Enea works as an attorney in the firm’s Milwaukee office, specializing in business and tax law, estate planning, estate administration, and real estate transactions and development. He is also a certified public accountant.

Manufacturing

Server Products, Richfield, has promoted John Rayburn to director of engineering and product development. Rayburn has 28 years of industry experience and has worked for Server Products for 10 years, most recently holding the position of director of product development. In his new role, Rayburn will lead the company’s engineering team and product development initiatives.

Media

Sinclair Broadcasting Group has hired Deanne Monaghan as director of sales for Milwaukee stations CW18 (WVTV) and MY24 (WCGV). Monaghan launched her marketing career at WVTV. During her career, she also co-founded content development company Active Across America.

Nonprofit

The American Lung Association’s Wisconsin organization has welcomed three Milwaukee area professionals to its leadership board: Sheila Gansemer, vice president, patient care services, for Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare – Franklin and Midwest Orthopedic Specialty Hospital; Chris Mortenson, owner, president and CEO of Mortenson Safer Kim Inc.; and Kimberly Schmidt, owner and president of Educated Solutions Corp. in New Berlin.

Real Estate

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has added real estate agents Drew Wilkerson and Marla Levitt to its Racine office and real estate agent Laurie Altenhofen to its Metro West office.

Social Media

Milwaukee-based 7Summits has hired Robert Grossbard as senior developer, Jennifer Logemann as project manager and Zach Mesenbourg as senior social media strategist and data scientist.

Technology

New Horizons of Wisconsin, Brookfield, has promoted Matthew Balkum to business development manager. Balkum has worked for New Horizons of Wisconsin for 13 years and most recently served as regional sales manager. In his promoted role, he will focus on maintaining existing client relationships and building strategic partnerships. He will also lead the company’s sales division. Balkum works with the company’s Fox Cities, Madison and Milwaukee offices.

Group Basis, of Oak Creek, has added Brad Colwell as a sales associate. In this role, Colwell will focus on sales of professional services, managed services and data center hosting services.
