As senior PR account executive, Klein is responsible for managing all aspects of public relations for various business-to-business and consumer clients, including strategic planning, counseling, media relations, and writing.
Scheibel Halaska, Milwaukee, promoted Vince Halaska to account/interactive marketing manager. Halaska has been with the firm since 2003 and most recently held the role of account executive.

Robison has been with the firm for over 19 years, and has managed a wide variety of projects including public libraries, corporate spaces, retail, community buildings, hospice and religious environments.

Fiserv Inc., Brookfield, announced that Christopher Bell, has joined the company as senior vice president. He was previously a senior vice president at Metavante.
Corp. Stuart Williams, vice president of Industry Relations for Fiserv, was also elected vice chairman of the electronic payments association NACHA’s Council for Electronic Billing and Payments.

Lakeland Supply Inc., Waukesha, has added Melissa Thomas as an account executive. Thomas will help develop a growth strategy and provide consultative packaging solutions for new accounts in southeastern Wisconsin.

Scott Odya, P.E. has joined Key Engineering Group, Ltd., Milwaukee, as a project engineer. He has been involved in civil site design and transportation projects for eight years. He has experience in designing commercial sites, industrial sites, storm water management reports, cost estimates and project specifications.
Government Organizations
The City of New Berlin announced that City Clerk Marilyn Gauger, has received the designation of Wisconsin Certified Professional Clerk (WCPC) from the Wisconsin Municipal Clerks Association. This is the highest professional designated achievement for a municipal clerk. In addition, Sherri Hanson, elections/license technician has received the designation of Certified Municipal Clerk (CMC) awarded by the International Institute of Municipal Clerks, Inc.
Health Care
Kathleen Bechtel, MSN, RN, has been named chief nursing officer for Froedtert Hospital, Wauwatosa. Bechtel will lead both the inpatient and outpatient nursing practice of more than 1,500 nurses and will work in partnership with the Medical College of Wisconsin physicians.
ProHealth Care, Waukesha, recently added Dr. Jennifer Winter to the team of physicians caring for patients at the ProHealth Care Medical Associates Delafield location.

Badger Mutual Insurance Company, Milwaukee, announced the promotion of David Kane to executive vice president of Insurance Operations-Underwriting and Claims.
Patient Care, Milwaukee, recently added Libbey Brennan to its sales department as account manager. Brennan will be responsible for managing several of Patient Care’s key clients across the country. She has more than 20 years of payor experience in the health care market.

The law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP, Milwaukee, announced that Thomas Krumenacher has joined the firm as an associate in the Intellectual Property group of the firm’s Milwaukee office. His practice focuses on performing all aspects of U.S. and foreign patent and trademark preparation and prosecution.
DeWitt Ross & Stevens announced the addition of John Gaebler to the firm’s business group, and as a partner in its Brookfield office. Gaebler concentrates his practice on corporate and international law.

Ruud Lighting Inc., Racine, announced the promotion of Christopher Ruud, to president. He will oversee all U.S.-based business units and operations. His father, Alan Ruud will retain his role as chairman and CEO.
Michael Osenga, president of Diesel and Gas Turbine Publications in Waukesha, has been elected to the board of directors of the Association of Equipment Manufacturers.
