Scott Baitinger, an award-winning interactive creative director and instructor at the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design, recently joined Mader Communications Group, Mequon, as vice president and creative director for the strategic marketing communication firm.
The CKME Group, Milwaukee, recently announced the promotion of Dan Underberg to vice president. Underberg joined CKME in 2007 and served as the company’s director of business development. Prior to joining CKME, he was the managing partner of J3D Incentives, Wauwatosa.

Bank Mutual, Milwaukee, recently announced the appointment of Steven Names as director of credit administration in Milwaukee, and Christine Alivo as residential loan officer at its Racine-Regency Mall office.

Briohn Building Corp., Brookfield, recently promoted David Bever from project manager to senior project manager. Bever has been with Briohn Building Corporation since 2005.
Berghammer Construction Corporation, Butler, recently announced the addition of two new team members, Jeff Gerbensky and Amy Allendorf. Gerbensky joined the company as a project manager. He previously served as a project manager at The Bentley Company, Milwaukee. Allendorf started as an intern for Berghammer in February of 2007, and now serves as marketing coordinator.
J. P. Cullen & Sons, Inc., Janesville, recently hired two new individuals for their Brookfield office. James Gambon was added as a project manager and Abbey Mack was added as a project assistant.

Deidre Raulin was added as an account manager for select accounts in the employee benefit department, and Erik Nolte was added as a commercial insurance advisor in the commercial lines department. Raulin comes to Ansay with four years experience in employee benefit service and account management, and Nolte brings eight years of experience in commercial insurance sales and account management to the table.
Integrated Risk Solutions, Pewaukee, recently named Sharon Miksic, as account manager. Miksic is a licensed property and casualty agent, and brings 22 years of experience to Integrated Risk Solutions.
Hays Companies, headquartered in Minneapolis, recently hired new individuals in its Milwaukee office. Brad McCue, was added as vice president. He has been in the insurance business for over 30 years. Patty Bosch and Amy Kling were also added as senior account representative and account representative respectively.
Fitzgerald, Clayton, James & Kasten Inc, Mequon, recently announced the addition of Jason Mikkola to its staff. Mikkola joins the staff as an account executive in the property and casualty department. He brings over seven years experience to the company.

The Women and Girls Fund of Waukesha County has elected Kay Lettenberger as chair and Kathleen Gray as vice chair of the board of trustees. Lettenberger has served as vice chair and has co-chaired the fund development committee for the Women and Girls Fund and the sponsorship committee of the Women of Distinction Awards event. Gray is an attorney and partner with Quarles and Brady LLP in Milwaukee.
The Task Force on Family Violence (TFFV), Milwaukee, recently elected Kathy Donius, associate generalcounsel at Rockwell Automation, Milwaukee, to the TFFV board of directors. She has been a long standing supporter of TFFV, she has been an active donor and has helped create immense awareness about the TFFV and its mission.
