What does your daily or weekly fitness regime consist of? I workout 3-4 times a week, weight lift and do aerobics each time.

Other than the obvious health benefits, how has being fit improved your life? Being fit has been a confidence builder. Feeling confident about being in good shape helps you thru all lifes issues whether they are difficult or satisfying.

How does personal fitness affect your work life? I work an extreme amount of long hours and do a lot of traveling without the relief of my workouts I couldn’t survive.

How does fitness or wellness affect your overall organization? We are a roof service company which can be a physical job being short handed hurts, we need every one of our personel healthy at all times

What advice do you have for other executives interested in starting either a personal fitness plan or corporate wellness initiative? Just do it.
