OSI Environmental to move area operations to Waukesha

Learn more about:

Eveleth, Minn.-based OSI Environmental recently purchased a 33,515-square-foot building at 912 Tesch Ct. in Waukesha. The company plans to move its Milwaukee area operations there from its current location at 4702 N. 124th St., Wauwatosa.

The company has rented the Wauwatosa space, which is about half the size as the Waukesha facility, and needed more room. The Waukesha property also has room for future expansion.

The property sale was brokered by Adam Matson, Mitchell Starczynski and Steven Provancher of NAI MLG Commercial. They represented OSI, which purchased the building from Don Mastagillo for $1.8 million.

The Waukesha building “was a perfect plug and play” for OSI, Matson said.

Mastagillo is the owner of Acryics USA, which will continue to occupy the building, temporarily, on a sale leaseback deal.
