Northwest side strip mall sold for $1.92 million

Edina, Minn.-based VCP Good Hope LLC recently purchased an 8,863-square-foot strip mall at 7335 W. Good Hope Road, Milwaukee, from Wauwatosa-based Wangard for $1.92 million, according to state records.

The building was built in 2006 on a 0.86-acre outlot in front of what is now a Pick ‘n Save grocery store at the southeast corner of Good Hope and North 76th Street.

Tenants in the building include: Sally Beauty Supply, Cricket Wireless, Subway, Starbucks and Wingstop.

The building sold for well above its assessed value of $1 million, according to city records.

“This is a private investment,” said Bill Muenzberg, chief manager of VCP Good Hope LLC. “I do not wish to make any other comments regarding this matter.”
