Milwaukee-based developer New Land Enterprises LLP is eyeing a Glendale property for its next residential development project.

It has proposed a new residential community, which includes a four-story apartment building and 41 townhomes, to be built on a vacant plot of land near the intersection of West Good Hope Road and North Range Line Road, just west of North Green Bay Avenue.

The 48-unit apartment building would be built along and would face Good Hope Road. The townhomes would be divided into eight buildings, one with four units, five with five units and two with six units, all to be situated on the northern end of the property.
